And whatever you give from usury to increase within the wealth of mankind will not increase near Lord Allah; but whatever you give from welfare tax desiring the face of Allah, those will get a recompense multiplied.
It is told in verse 63: 7 that to Lord belongs the treasury of heavens and earth. So the believer will not indulge in usury which increases the life burden of mankind. It is told in verse 76: 8-9: “Believers feed the food despite their need for it; to the poor, orphans and captives seeking the face of Lord, and they will not expect any reward for that”. So Lord will reward them in multitude for their honorable deeds in this world and Hereafter. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are aimless and heedless about the soul and Hereafter. So they will have disgrace in this world and severe punishment in the Hereafter as explained in verses 2: 85 and 5: 33. See explanation 2: 275-276; 4: 51, 85 and 30: 6-8.
